One drink means small bottle of beer or glass of non alcoholic beverage or glass with one measurement of alcohol including spirit as determined by bar staff. Free drinks will be provided as stated in the package purchased. We are not responsible for a members well being and take no responsibility for members actions or health resulting from the consumption of alcohol or any other beverage. Free drinks are only available from the thai travel tips bar and are not transferable to another establishment. No refund or exchange will be given for drinks provided free of charge. Behaviour that does not comply with the laws of Thailand or is considered un-social may result in cancellation of membership. Un-social means the use of fowl language or actions of a harmful or hurtful nature.

Members who participate in the personal speedboat trip to isalnds off the coast of Pattaya do so at their own risk. Thai Travel Tips takes no responsibility for members safety or property. The cost of the speedboat trip cannot be exchanged for cash or other products or services.

Special requests and desires must be legal and in accordance with the laws and regulations of Thailand. Thaitraveltips.com takes no responsibility for any requests made and will be non refundable where payment is required. All requests made are subject to availability. Refunds may be given for payment of requests as per the third party's policies and conditions. Discounts on drinks and bar fines will be as stipulated in the package purchased. Discounted drinks and bar fines only apply at the thai travel tips bar. Discounted drinks can only be purchased for yourself plus one lady. Members cannot purchase discounted drinks for other members or non members.

To be entitled to enter the draw to win a trip to Thailand you must have purchased a thaitraveltips.com package and have at least one friend also purchase a package. You must notify us by email giving us your name and the name of the friend that purchased the package. As verification that your email was received an acknowledgment email will be sent to you. Your name will be entered into the draw one time per friend that you notify us of. Only the first member to notify us that a friend has joined will be entitled to enter the draw. The winning member will be entitled to claim roundtrip flights to Bangkok if they purchased the Party Pack, roundtrip flights to Bangkok and transportation to Pattaya if they purchased the Party Lover Pack and roundtrip flights to Bangkok, transportation to Pattaya and 2 weeks hotel accommodation if they purchased the Party Animal Pack. The winning member can only redeem the prize during the period between 31 March and 30 September within three years from the date of draw. The winning member must notify thaitraveltips.com at least 90 days prior to date of requested travel. Redemption will be subject to availability of flights, transportation and accommodation.

Thaitraveltips.com will determine the airline, route, transportation to Pattaya and hotel accommodation in Pattaya. Airline Company will be a recognised passenger carrier. Transport from Bangkok to Pattaya and return will be at least a standard Bangkok taxi. Hotel accommodation will be at the Le Palm hotel Pattaya. Prize cannot be substituted for money or other goods and services. The draw will take place at the thai travel tips bar in Soi 8, Pattaya at 8pm on 20 October 2004. thaitraveltips.com will hold up to 3 draws per year subject to membership participation as determined by thaitraveltips.com. Members names will remain in the draw for future prizes.
